On
behalf of all of my team welcome to our Restaurant and Catering
website! As a Chef I am rarely asked to get so technical and
I do hope that this site will increasingly give you a flavour of
our approach to providing you with a unique and memorable experience.
Since arriving at Kitley House now eight years ago we
have developed a range of catering products and menus for almost
every occasion. The menus change along with the customers and we
pride ourselves on asking for your preferences rather than presuming
- try us out! The service team are very friendly (not stuffy!) and
most have been here at the house for some time. Recent recruits
to the team are Karl who runs the Catering Service team and Ruth
who runs the Bar. Both bring a wealth of experience to Kitley and
have already made their mark!
As Head Chef at Kitley I have finally been able to create
a standard of catering that I am proud of in my own backyard.
After many years on the road away from my home City, it is great
to have the opportunity close to home and in such an historic
building.
